Music has accompanied this process for many years; as a former jazz singer, it continues to shape the rhythm, dynamics, and energetic quality of my painting to this day.<\/p><p>In the creative process, my body acts as an instrument, the work is created in a state of \"flow\", almost like in a trance. I work with fast-drying acrylic paints, on several canvases in parallel, I often layer colors and accentuate them with chalk to create complex textures and layers.
