If you contact me via the form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored with me for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Storage of access data for system security
Access data is collected each time the website is accessed and stored in a log file on the server. This data includes:

- Date and time
- Referrer URL
- file name
- transferred amount of data
- Browser and Operating System
- Access status (file found, file not found etc.)
This data is used for statistical evaluations, the guarantee of security and for the optimization of the website. The IP address is only evaluated if there is a suspicion of illegal use. The log data will be deleted after seven days.

My website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do no damage.
I use cookies to make my offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

Matomo will only be loaded if you agree with CookieBanner, and Matomo is also configured to only process your IP address in abbreviated form.

Newsletter
You have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter via my website. For this we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to the subscription to the newsletter.
Once you have subscribed to the newsletter, I will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your registration. I also save the registration and confirmation date in order to be able to prove your consent.
You can cancel the subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following email address: monika@herschberger.at Or unsubscribe via the link in a newsletter. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch.
The newsletters are sent via "Mailchimp", a newsletter mailing platform of the provider The Rocket Science Group, LLC 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE Suite 5000 Atlanta, GA 30308 USA. The data you provide will thus be stored on Mailchimp's server in the USA. MailChimp needs this data to take over the sending of the newsletter on my behalf. Mailchimp is certified as a "Privacy Shield" and is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation. your rights
In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the data protection authority.
